The United States Department of State, National Foreign Affairs Training Center, has issued a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ILS-INC to develop and conduct training courses at remote locations.

ILS-INC has been awarded a five year contract to train world-wide Embassy facility mangers on operation and maintenance of emergency power generation back-up systems.  ILS-INC will develop the ciriculum, conduct the course, test the participants at the end of the course and issue a certificate on the theory of operation for the facility power generation systems.
