ILS-INC provides Integrated Logistics Support for the AMMPS program
12/20/2007

ILS-INC successfully completed the ILS functions for the Prototype Phase of the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program for the joint forces 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 kW skid or trailer-mounted generator sets that will replace the current underperforming and aging generators that are currently fielded.  ILS-INC will continue to provide these same components to the Pre-Production and Production phases.

During the Prototype Phase, ILS-INC was contracted to provide supportability requirements, Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) predictions, maintenance task analysis, Safety Assessment Reports (SAR), and testing support.  ILS-INC provided detailed vertical slice operation and maintenance level Conventional Paper-Based Technical Manuals (CPBTM) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM).

During the Pre-Production and Production Phase, ILS-INC will develop all technical documentation for the generator sets to include Electronic Technical Manuals (ETM) and IETMS on both the U.S. Army Field and Sustainment levels.  ILS-INC will provide all AMMPS training materials including Computer Based Training (CBT), perform provisioning, and provide testing support at Aberdeen Test Center.
